The CEO Plan® was born out of a lawyer and business advisor’s desire to meet the needs of clients looking beyond traditional funding sources for start-up capital. Bob Nicholson developed the creative solution based on years of research, experience and understanding of complex taxation and other legal issues important to business owners.

Bob is a seasoned lawyer and business advisor, well versed in taxation issues. His practice focuses on issues ranging from tax planning for new businesses to the sale and purchase of existing businesses. In addition to representing small business, Bob is a small-business owner himself with interests in two local companies. He brings to his work a first-hand understanding of the challenges and needs small business owners face.
